If you have ordered the wrong size or have just changed your mind about your purchase we will exchange or refund you no questions asked as long a the item is in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. They must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
If you have a fault with any item please be sure to contact us ASAP in order for us to help solve any problem.
You must include your name, address and order number with all items returned.
In all cases please email us in the first instance for instructions on how to return your item.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for personalised items or gloves with contact latex that have had the protective film removed.
