Max Crocombe has left Oxford United by mutual consent and joined Sky Bet League Two side Carlisle United.
The 22-year-old has penned a one-year deal after agreeing a settlement with the U's.
It came following a successful trial for the Cumbrians, where he featured in friendlies against Bradford City and Penrith.
